I started Handrail Tech Services because I've watched people I love struggle with technology—and felt how stressful that can be.
My parents often worry about doing the “wrong thing” on their devices or making a mistake they can't undo. Seeing that fear and frustration showed me that the problem isn't technology itself—it's the lack of patient, human support.
I spent years working in corporate IT, but I wanted to help people in a more personal way. I wanted to be someone who takes the time to explain things clearly, answers questions without judgment, and is actually reachable when help is needed.
That's what I do now. I help adults and seniors feel comfortable, confident, and supported with their technology—one conversation at a time.
